Anna Hermes a835833b77 Add self-hosted AI moderation disclosure to ToS §9 and Privacy §4 
- Explicitly state AI moderation systems are deployed and self-hosted
- Clarify moderation AI runs on internal infrastructure, not third-party
- Describe what AI moderation processes (content, messages, metadata)
- Note automated signals are not infallible, context review possible
- Separate cloud AI (non-moderation tasks) from internal AI
- Update Last updated dates to 2026-08-20
