- ToS new §12 Donations & Supporter Program (gifts, non-contractual perks, non-refundable, Ko-fi/PayPal); §12-17 renumbered to §13-18
- ToS scope: Speed Test + Email accounts; acceptable use: spam/bulk-mail rule
- Privacy: donation records, speed test + email data categories, retention lines, email EU-hosting sentence, payment platforms in third-party list
