Fix #227109 endfield.gryphline.com Annoyances – cookie notice (#227111)

Also I see a cookie notification on the main page. Check another subdomains.

I checked main page and all subdomain. exa.gryphline.com have cookie
notice, And the rest subdomain sites dosn't have cookie notice. Here is
subdomain list:
