Sophie L 5c89e1d618 fix(webhooks): unbreak links in GitHub "issue reopened" messages (#1033) ...

the properties were the wrong way round, which lead to the link being "[issue URL](title)"; this broke the link.

this commit also fixes a typo in the team struct.
