Dmytro Rymar 6e4fc998df feat(pushd): make the APNs topic configurable (#1056) ...

pushd sent every APNs notification with the hardcoded topic "chat.revolt.app", so a self-hosted instance could not deliver pushes to its own iOS app.
Read it from pushd.apn.topic, defaulting to the previous value.

Closes #1055
