Fix story downloads and update repository URLs

- Skip overlay merging for all story types (public stories, friend stories, spotlight)
- Update all repository URLs from GitHub to Gitea instance
- Update .gitignore to exclude build artifacts and compiled outputs
- Configure updater to sync with new XSnap repository
