* Custom translations!

Added to TextComponents custom translations, allowing to send commands in the current player locale.

* Ignoring locale's typos

* Paired reorder_substitutions with vanilla

Changed how reorder substitutions work to match how vanilla allows to join next and numeral substitutions.
