* Fix#228496 www.hepsiburada.com ad product cards
* Merge duplicated rule with `!+ NOT_OPTIMIZED` flag.
The existing rule for the `^=sf-smart-banner` class name wasn't applied.
The optimized ruleset removes this rule, so I merged it into one with the `!+ NOT_OPTIMIZED` flag.

* Group the same site rules into the same lines, ordered by ASC
* Remove the classname from the `li` element

* Move the duplicate rule to the `!+ NOT_OPTIMIZED` flag.
The duplicate rule doesn't seem to be applied like the `^=sf-smart-banner` rule during filters optimization.
* `#hyd-adx` ad-leftover can be seen in Chrome MV3
* Remove the inactive rule
This rule part `div[class^="sf-Recommendation-"] > div[class^="sf-Recommendation-"]:has(> div[class^="sf-reco-"])` specifically targets only the section heading.
* Narrow the ad hyperlink

* Upd #227654 group similar sites
I'm wondering whether the conditions directive used for specific platforms doesn't support the $domain modifier or other modifiers, but it does support scriptlet. Is that correct?
* Upd #227654: Split the single mixed group into 3 separate groups
During debugging last week, I was repeatedly exposed to thumbnails, which left me feeling disturbed and nauseous.
So, I had Research/enumerate more domain variants for each family using Automatic Agent. The below list needs to be confirmed manually, but I cannot do it due to the psychological impact.
- turkzzersifsa*.blog: variants 1-3 confirmed
- turkifsalife*.blog: variants 1, 2, 4, 9, 16 confirmed (high numbers, enumerate up to 20)
- sotweturkifsa*.blog: variants 2-8 confirmed (redirect chain)
* Upd #227654: checked accessible domain
* Telegram link should not be blocked
In any case, it is not an ad or even an annoyance.

* Add more domains
Based on how long we have known about the existence of turkzzersifsa3.blog, extrapolate the list. I think 10 domains should be enough in this case.

* Do not contain previous numbers
